Lawns care for front lawns is scheduled for late September early October

The Board of Directors approved the treatment of individual lawns for weeds, fertilization, and over seeding.  The work will be done by the landscaper, Advantage Landscape.  The schedule will be posted by the contractor.  Homeowners will be notified by email when the work will begin,.

Terri Carney was elected at the Windstone Annual Meeting held in July.  George Johnson and Ian Morley have joined the board.  The Windstone Board is looking for input from you the homeowner.  The Board of Director’s meetings are posted and will be held at the Coventry Office located at 21 South Kent Street in Winchester.

The Windstone Board of Directors will hold a meeting on Thursday, June 29th, 2017 from 7:00-8:00PM at the Windstone Pool. For inclement weather, it will be at the Coventry Management Office located at 21 South Kent Street Winchester, Va.  All are welcome to attend.

Note: The pool will be open from 4pm-8pm, Monday-Friday, while Frederick County Public Schools are in session.

Pool Pass Applications 2017

There will be a Super Splasher Aquatics (pool management) representative at the pool on the following days to process pass applications or hand out stickers for the 2017 season.   After these times, all applications will need to be done at the Coventry Office during normal office hours.  Lifeguards WILL NOT be processing applications.

Dog Park Survey

Spring/Summer Reminders

As Spring and Summer 2017 roll in, it is time to take a look at the condition of our Community.

During a recent neighborhood walk through inspection a few items were obvious that need some attention in order to maintain our Community’s pleasant appearance as well as increase our property values.

Coventry Group has been tasked with periodic inspections at which point Violation letters will be sent out. This is just a friendly reminder.

The main items to focus on are:

* Trash cans need to be out of view except for days of pick-up

* Backyard lawns need to be mowed and front yards to be kept uncluttered and well maintained, including shrubs and bushes

* Satellite dishes are supposed to be mounted on the rear roofs. If switching cable providers, please relocate them at that point

* If you are considering painting doors and/or shutters the developer approved colors. Please see the list of colors under Documents/Windstone Door, Siding, ad Shutter Colors.

* If you are planning major work including decks and/or fences, please be sure to complete and submit the ARC form found under Documets/Archtectural Change Request Form

* No boats, trailers or recreational vehicles are to be parked or stored on any lot except in a garage

* Please clean up after your pets. There is a waste station provided and maintained by your HOA, please use it. Leash laws are enforced. Please call Frederick County Animal Control 540 662 6162 for dogs that are not on a leash or outside their respective lot.
