Watch out for School Busses and Children!

As Summer comes to a close our children are headed back to school;  Please be on the lookout.  School busses will be coming through our Community and we need to be appropriately cautious.  We owe it to our children to keep them safe!

Recently, all homeowners and residents should have been mailed, the 2018 Pool Registration, Rules & Regulations as well as an Introductory Letter from SuperSplasher Aquatics.

If you did not receive these items or misplaced them, you can find them in the “Documents” tab of this website or by clicking on the appropriate item above.

Owner Access Portals
April 25, 2018

Coventry Group is now offering Owner Access portals (see the new link in the sidebar) to allow you to access your association account details. From the portal, you can view your current account balance, check your payment history, pay your assessments online, view pending violations or open work orders, communicate with your association manager and more.

If we have your email address on file, an email was sent to you with your confirmation code. If you need a confirmation code, please email our office manager. Include your name, community name, property address within the community and your email address. We need ALL of this information to verify each homeowner. Parking Reminder
April 24, 2018

Dear Residents,

This is a courtesy reminder regarding a Policy Resolution that was adopted by the Windstone HOA on January 1st, 2017.  This new policy states that the Visitor spaces are to be used for visitors only and not as overflow parking for the resident’s extra vehicles.  The HOA has the right to have any vehicles in violation towed at the owners’ expense.

Any extra vehicles are to be parked on the state maintained streets, specifically Windstone, Brookland, and Weathervane.

Lawns care for front lawns is scheduled for late September early October

The Board of Directors approved the treatment of individual lawns for weeds, fertilization, and over seeding.  The work will be done by the landscaper, Advantage Landscape.  The schedule will be posted by the contractor.  Homeowners will be notified by email when the work will begin,.

Terri Carney was elected at the Windstone Annual Meeting held in July.  George Johnson and Ian Morley have joined the board.  The Windstone Board is looking for input from you the homeowner.  The Board of Director’s meetings are posted and will be held at the Coventry Office located at 21 South Kent Street in Winchester.
